About Us
UNL Marketplace is a centralized e-commerce platform for the units and departments of the Univeristy of Nebraska-Lincoln. It was developed to provide a single, robust infrastructure for online transactions, integrated into the UNL website. Each store within the Marketplace is maintained by a representative of that respective unit/department.
Through UNL Marketplace customers are able to search and shop for a variety of UNL products all from one site. Because all the stores share the same information, it's easy for a customer to purchase products from any and all stores in one quick transaction.
Shipping Information
UNL Marketplace has partnered with UPS to provide shipping service to our customers. You are able to get a live quote for the shipping of the items in your shopping cart.
Please note: UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. When providing shipping address information, please provide a full street address to ensure quick and accurate delivery.
Many stores within UNL Marketplace have elected to offer in-store pickup for their items at no cost to the customer. If you are shopping in one particular store and that store offers in-store pickup, that shipping method will be displayed with information about the retail location where you will be able to pickup your order. After placing your order, the store's processing staff will notify you when your order is ready for pickup.
Return/Refund Policy
Each store in the Marketplace maintains their own specific return and refund policies. In general, UNL Marketplace stores will work with you to resolve any complaints or claims regarding damaged, defective, reciept of wrong items.

Payment Information
In accordance with UNL policies, UNL Marketplace is able to offer credit card processing for the following cards:
Charges from all stores in the Marketplace will appear on your card statement as being from UNL MARKETPLACE.
Please note, all business is conducted using USD currency. International banks may charge extra fees for automatically/dynamically converting local currencies. By shopping with us, you are agreeing that you are responsible for any charges/fees regarding currency conversion.
Due to UNL and state regulations at this time, we are unable to provide other methods of online payment, such as PayPal.
If you are concerned about paying for an order, please contact the store that you would like to purchase from. Contact information is provided for each store at the bottom of every page, under the heading "Contacting Us".
Tax Exempt Customers
If you are shopping as a tax exempt entity, we can setup your UNL Marketplace account to be tax exemept while shopping in any of our stores. However, due to tax regulations and laws we are required to have the proper tax forms before you begin shopping online.
