Shopping the Lied Center on UNL Marketplace

All of the events listed in the Lied Center marketplace require customers to login with My.UNL credentials and be recognized as a student. To login, use the links found on the Lied Center's marketplace home page. Click the LOGIN link in the center of the page OR the "Your Account" link in the grey bar (links marked below).

NOTE:

You must use the UNL Login method in order for your student status to be verified. If you manually register an account on marketplace, you will not be able to access the rest of Lied Center's marketplace.

2.When you return from the UNL Login process, you will be asked to provide some additional contact information to complete creating your special UNL Marketplace account. After you provide that information, you'll be redirected to your Account Dashboard. You return to the Lied Center's marketplace home page by clicking the "Shop the Lied Center" links OR you can view a listing of the Arts For All events by clicking that Link in the navigation (pictured below).

3.You may browse through the entire Marketplace and shop for any of the items that are available throughout all of our stores. All your items are collected into a single shopping cart. Your Lied Center ticket reservations will always show up as FREE. When you are ready to complete your order, you much click the green "Proceed to Checkout" button (pictured below).Shopping Cart with Checkout Button
NOTE:

In some rare cases, even after you have logged in with your My.UNL credentials, you may get an error about not being authorized to purchase. See help below for more information on ways to correct this.

 
4.The checkout process begins by asking you to provide Billing Information. This information will be stored with your UNL Marketplace account so that you may return later and have it available to all other stores. The address information is required in case something goes wrong and someone from UNL Marketplace must contact you.Billing Information Example

If you are checking out with only Lied Center ticket reservation items, The payment information box will have the option for you to select "No Payment Information Required".

Upon Order Completion, you will be notified by email with a copy of your order confirmation. PLEASE NOTE: the email may reference that you may receive another message when your items ship. As stated throughout the Lied Center's marketplace pages, the items you order from their store are ONLY reservations and physical tickets will NOT be mailed to you. They must be picked up at the "will call" window at the Lied Center's ticket office.

 

Common Questions/Issues

Q: I'm getting an error that says "You must be logged in and authorized to purchase this product," how do I get around this?

A: As mentioned above, to verify your student status, you must login with your My.UNL credentials.

Q: I'm getting an error that says "You are not authorized to purchase this product," but I logged in with My.UNL credentials. What am I doing wrong?
