- Smart lunch: Dining out and brown bag
- Meal planning
- Recipe modification
- Healthy beverages & snacking at work
- Walking works – at work: Walk Nebraska and Live Well Nebraska
- Physical activity breaks at every session that incorporate the 2008 physical activity guidelines
