Engineers Week 2023

Engineers Week (E-Week) has been a University of Nebraska tradition since 1913. In conjunction with National Engineers Week, UNL students in Lincoln and Omaha come together with the surrounding community to:

• Celebrate how engineers make a difference in our world
• Increase public dialogue about the need for engineers
• Bring engineering to life for students, educators, and parents.

UNL College of Engineering students plan and coordinate all events for E-Week. While events change on an annual basis based on the theme, these events generally include design competitions, community outreach/awareness programs, keynote speakers, student banquets, and light-hearted social events that bring the collegiate engineering community together.
