Bill and Tina Kaven from Gordonville, Texas, have been one of the most successful training teams in the Western Pleasure Industry over the past decade and are highly respected AQHA and NSBA judges. Tina has been a dominant force in the show arena, capturing the Jr. Western Pleasure World Champion title in 2003 and the Reserve World titles in 1999, 2002 and 2005. She also captured the Jr. Western Pleasure, Sr. Western Pleasure, and Open Maturity championship at the 2004 Quarter Horse Congress and in 2007 won a $100,000 prize for her win on Good Luck Girl at the 2007 Masters Western Pleasure class.

Range Beef Cow Symposium XXII
$23.00Range Beef Cow Symposium XXII was held in Mitchell, Nebr., November 29, 30, and December 1, 2011. The proceedings are a collection of papers that many of the speakers wrote to complement their talks. Papers in the proceedings cover a wide range of topics including estate planning, antibiotic use in the beef industry, the importance of steak origin to restaurant customers, calculating the unit cost of product for the ranch, implementing marker assisted EPDs, how the structure of the beef industry is changing, and many more. The symposium was presented by the Animal Science departments and the Extension Services of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, South Dakota State University, Colorado State University, and the University of Wyoming.

The Nebraska Horse Conference [DVD]
