Condra, G. E., Schramm, E. F., Lugn, A. L., 1931. Deep Wells of Nebraska (GSB-4): 288 pp., size 6.5" x 10". Description: This report was published in response to a very general demand for information about deep wells in Nebraska. Its primary purpose was to compile sub-surface data for use in prospecting the oil and gas possibilities in the state. As of the publication's date (1931), there were few really deep wells in Nebraska. Only 90-92 were drilled deeper than 1000 feet, with the deepest at 5697 feet.
