Description: The purpose of this report is to describe and classify the Ostracoda of the Big Blue Series from exposures in Nebraska. The section on which the investigation is based comprises the formations from the top of the Herington limestone down to the base of the Cottonwood limestone. The Nebraska outcrop areas of the Big Blue Series are in Gage, Pawnee, Richardson, Johnson, Otoe, and Nemaha counties.
