An Appraisal of the Effects of Artificial Recharge on Groundwater at Structure 35-5-2 in the Big Sandy Creek Watershed (OFR-40). 64 pp., 8" x 11". Description: A contract report between the Little Blue Natural Resources District and the Conservation and Survey Division. Recharge structure 35-5-2 is in Fillmore County, Nebraska, about 4 miles north of Bruning on a tributary of Dry Sandy Creek. This study is divided into two parts: 1) the baseline study of nitrate and pesticides in groundwater from household wells in the vicinity of the recharge structure and, 2) the surface water - ground water interaction study immediately adjacent to the stucture.
