Description: This investigation was designed to evaluate potential source areas of groundwater contamination in Hastings, Nebraska, where prior analyses indicated the presence of volatile organic compounds (VOCs). Monetary constraints dictated that this investigation be the first phase of a much larger study designed to further define the plume, determine the exact source(s) of the VOCs, and restore the quality of the groundwater.
